Your completed registration will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed once payment has been made.

Conference Lanyard
All attendees will receive a lanyard upon visiting the conference registration desk at Wrest Point. The lanyard will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and social events. The Centrepoint Conference team expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privilege of anyone behaving in inappropriate manner.

Payment by Revenue Deduction (AW/MPS/PIS only)

To be eligible for revenue deductions, you must register prior to 1 February 2025. The deductions will be taken over 6 equal weekly payments starting from 30 September 2024.

If you have selected to pay by revenue deduction, you will not be able to edit your registration. Should you need to make changes, please email conferences@cpal.com.au

Payment by Credit Card
Credit card: Visa & MasterCard 0.9%. A registration confirmation will be issued to each delegate after their registration payment is processed. Please check this carefully and notify conferences@cpal.com.au of any errors or changes required.

Conference cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to conferences@cpal.com.au.

• 30 days or more prior to the conference there will be a cancellation fee of A$250.00 per person
•  Between 30 days 14 days prior to the conference cancellations will receive a 50% refund of fees payable
• Within 14 days prior to the conference, there will be no refund

Cancellations after 31 January 2025 will be processed after the Conference.

Any additional costs incurred by Centrepoint Alliance when cancelling a registration will be passed on to the delegate.

Registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.
